Robot is unable to balance anymore
Please help me to solve the following problem:
I got my robot assembled.
In the beginning the robot worked OK.
After 2 days there was a problem. The MPU-6050 Sensor didn’t stick to the WIFI-Module anymore.
Therefore the robot did not balance solid anymore.
I stuck the Sensor again to the WIFI-Modul.
From that time on the robot didn’t work anymore:
When I turn it on, the arm moves a few degrees. After approx.. 10 sec the robot spins its wheels a little. That’s OK so far ....
After stand up, the B-robot can’t self balance. There is only a big noise (fibration …)
I tried to fix the MPU-6050 separately (see video !)
But useless, the robot can’t self balance. There is still a big noise…!!!
Remarks: the batteries are new.
Thank you in advance.
Pius

RE: Robot is unable to balance anymore
Hi,
Can you upload the video again?
If you placed the IMU in the same location with the same orientation everything should be working again. Please keep an eye on the IMU headers, they must not touch the metal case of the WIFI module if you are using another kind of foam to stick it.
