Eyes for the bRobot
Hello, I am trying to have some eyes on my bRobot.

I bought two of these matrix displays (https://www.brainy-bits.com/how-to-contr...d-matrix/) but unfortunately I couldn not connect them to the Devia board.

I have a working setting on an Arduino Nano and I tried to connect the pins like this to the devia board (soldered header to the spi pins):

DIN -> MOSI
CS -> MISO
CLK - SCL

I used the ledcontrol library an initialized the display as

LedControl lc=LedControl(19,20,21,2);

pin 19 is connected to the DataIn
pin 20 is connected to the CLK
pin 21 is connected to LOAD

But nothing happens whe I try to display something.

Did anyone already used a max7219 matrix or has any other suggestions?

Thanks, Kai

Why dont you connec the LED display to the DEVIA using the AUX and SENSOR port? You have there Vin (12V), 5V, GND and A3 + D13 ports

I just took a look to the scheme from the product page: https://www.jjrobots.com/wp-content/uplo...nout-1.png If you need any additional PORT use the SERVO┬┤s
