Controlling dc motors with BRobot code
Can BRobot code control dc motors? I would like to use existing Brobot OSC lib to control a two or four wheels robot, if its possible.

RE: Controlling dc motors with BRobot code
No with the current stepper motor controllers. Even if you change the motors for DC motors the behaviour will not be the same, not even similar. The cool thing about the Brobot is the precise control of its stepper motors. Other balancing robots are not so accurate when moving.

RE: Controlling dc motors with BRobot code
@JohnQ, I need to clarify my question, I know the current BRobot code only works with stepper drivers and motors. My question on BRobot code was if it's possible to modify to work with L298n driver to control dc motors via OSC libraries, been searching on this subject on the internet but it seems no ones has done it. I like the control of OSCTouch but it looks like the fader control is different from PWM?

Easy! Change motor1 and motor2 values to PWM signal.

@sasa999, Is there an example somewhere that you know of?
Thanks!

RE: Controlling dc motors with BRobot code
Finally I got this working by using KomX's osc library. It's a simple code and it works.

It will be interesting to see how stable is robot with DC motors
