I would like to build a two wheels robot car (no balancing) using B-Robot code to simply control the car with wifi. How difficult is it to remove the balancing part from the code? or if someone has already done so?

So you want to build a zero turn unit. Well you can use of the code I have here as a starting point and remove the balancing code.

Your still going to need some code to run each side of the motor from a android tabled or build a joy stick app which I have done.

The Android app they use is not open source, otherwise that would have been easy enough to change the sliders to do just what you need.
